In 2011, Kathleen began taekwondo at Harlem TKD. TKD was better for her body than physical therapy! Kathleen's TKD family is accepting, kind, and full of fun. In 2019, a year into MBC, Kathleen earned her black belt!

What's Next?

Top priority is staying as healthy as possible. Bucket list: write and publish memoir, take Amtrak across the country, make memories with family and friends. She'll be open to where life leads. Oh, she'd like to meet Pope Leo XIV, if anyone has any connections. Even though she already met John Paul II, above.
